I ordered hair through this company’s WhatsApp group and received the wrong texture. I sent her a pic on what i wanted which was the yaki straight, but they sent kinky straight instead. When I contacted them, I was told I could not receive a refund because it was “custom made,” even though the mistake was theirs, not mine. This experience was very disappointing and unprofessional, and I will not be ordering from this company again.
